We only stayed one night but the welcome was great, the owner was incredibly friendly. The accommodation was perfect and comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. Air conditioning even in the heat ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. parking in the yard, no need to unload the whole car. The location is centrally situated, near a beautiful park,in the centre of Zalakaros and it has all the facilities you need. The hosts are extremely friendly and hospitable, the room is clean and has air conditioner. The Breakfast includes omlette, bacon, sausages ham, salami,cheese, tomatoes yoghurt, tea, coffee or milk. There is even an inner yard where you can park your car.

Host doesn't speak much English but her son does and you can talk to him on the host's phone. I found both very kind and helpful people. Host even brought some home booked bread to the room.

We were well received and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was tidy and clean and so was the rest of the guesthouse. All the necessary facilities were available for our use. We did our laundry which was a big plus. There is good WiFi and TV channels. The guesthouse is situated a bit out of down in a nice quiet suburb but near all excess roads.
