The owner is very kind and welcoming. The room is tidy and clean. The facilities are as advertised, everything is working and in fine condition. They give you a parking card as well which lets you park anywhere in Köszeg for free. Very useful!

It’s a lovely, clean room in a guesthouse, the hosts welcomed our kids with a little present, which was unexpected and really nice. We arrived late but the beds were ready. Nice holidays apartment in a very quiet part of town, with secure parking behind the fence. The bed is very comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. As a big plus, communication with the host, in German, was no problem at all, and he somehow managed to find the perfect balance between being available when needed and being communicative, on one side, and giving his guests enough privacy, on the other side. We will definitely return.

Rita is a wonderful host, very friendly and hardworking, she does everything to please her clients. The apartment was sparkling clean and fully equipped. I was impressed that she provided a new sponge for the dishes and there was Zewa toilet paper, which shows nice treatment towards her clients, not just giving cheapest stuff. ♥️ We definitely recommend this accommodation.
Quiet location. Lot of space. We had two separate rooms separated with fully equipped kitchen/dining room on first floor. Ground floor is occupied by hosts. Each bedroom has own facilities. Parking with video survilence is on site. Good value!
