I liked the swimming pool; the friendliness of the staff; the quick response to any need. The home is across the street from the bus station. Can take the bus into Dubrovnik from there. Breakfast was enough variety and food. Great balcony area to relax and daydream.

Excellent communication and location in old town Dubrovnik. My room was beautiful and well appointed. I had everything I needed. I entered through the Buza gate, used Uber to get a ride from the bus station. You’ll go down some steps to get to the apartment. When you leave you’ll go down more steps to get a taxi, bus, or Uber. The “street” this apartment is on has excellent bars and restaurants and everything touristic is in close proximity.

The owner as amazing…she met us at the gate and walked us to her beautiful property, told us all about the city and during our stay offered us whatever we needed. Our room had everything we needed for travel plus more! Breakfast was amazing and we even ate a fabulous dinner at her restaurant. We were right next to the wall and the location was excellent. Our stay was perfect!

Spacious and very clean apartment. There's well-maintained chairs and a small table at the balcony with gorgeous sea view. Bonus: The bedroom is separated from the kitchen and dining area. Host is extremely responsive and patience to answer our questions. About 10-15 mins walking to old town. We will definitely stay in this apartment when we return.

The host, Edi, welcomed us in late at night after being scammed at another hotel. He was extremely kind and welcoming! The room is comfortable, walking distance to a beautiful, quiet beach. There are stores, café and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here. Very relaxing away from tourist crowds.
Was a great location, was only about 20-30 minutes away from Dubrovnik. We were right on a quiet beach in Zaton and next to multiple restaurants that were open semi late. The pool was amazing to have with such a large group. The seclusion of multiple apartments was also amazing as we could split into smaller groups to have some privacy.
Niko was A wonderful host. The Location just next to the sea was escellent. There was A lovely sandy Beach just in front of the house.
The Village was A bit quiet for us But we had so much action during the daytime that it didn’t matter so much. 😅

Fantastic location and beautifully presented property. Rao is a charming host. Spotlessly clean and comfortable property. Outside space really is the unique selling point. Very private and quiet. Gorgeous views, lovely pool and shady bbq area surrounded by mature fruit trees providing shades areas on a sunny terrace. Supermarket, chemist and restaurant all within 10 min walk. Good public transport links to Dubrovnik.
Great hosts, warm and friendly. Cute place and have great views of the little town (at least from my room). Room is quiet, comfortable clean and modern. Hosts extremely helpful and lovely family run business. They have parking too. I highly recommend this location for the above and if you don't want to be in the city of Dubrovnik It's about 15min away from the city by car. You are walking distance from their small town and small harbour. And, the whole area feels safe to walk around, even at night!
Absolute 10! Hosts wore lovely and helpful. House is right in front of the sea with private entrance. Our hosts also provided us with free sun beds. Parking spot was right in front of the house. Shuttle buses drive to Dubrovnik frequently and are comfortable and cheap! Great restaurants near by. I would highly recommend guest house Katica to all!
