The Villa Confort Exclusive was a roomy, simple and clean studio apartment in on the outskirts of the medieval city of Rovinj. It is located about 1.5 km from the historic city center and beautiful seaside park. Lidia, the innkeeper, gave us a warm welcome and was very customer service oriented. We appreciated that she let us check in before the posted check -in time which gave us more time to explore the city. A very nice complimentary buffet breakfast and free parking in a private lot are included in the price.

Great communication with friendly host who had complimentary water, juice and fruit ready for our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Our apartment did not come with a terrace, but there are some units that have one (which is nice in the evening).
Parking is available on the property which is a bonus since parking spots are difficult to find close to the historic center of Rovinj. From the apartment, we walked into town in 10 to 15 min.

The location of the property is good, area is quiet and pleasant. The room is elementary, but pleasant and good enough. It met all our needs. The hosts are very friendly, we easily made all agreements. Restaurant food was delicious, for reasonable prices compared to other restaurants, so I would recommend.
This is a charming apartment located in the centre of Vrsar, a small city. Despite being an old city house, it has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Hosts welcomed us with their home-growth vegetables and advice about our stay in Vrsar. Please be aware that this is a city apartment, and you must go to the beach either by foot downhill or by car. For us, it was a lovely walk, so I don't see any negatives.

The apartment is close to the city centre and to the beach as well. The owner is really kind and helpful, he answered all our questions and he even gave us free pizzas. He has a restaurant as well, it must be very good, unfortunately we did not have time to try it, maybe next time. :) The room was clean, modern, quiet and nicely decorated. We really liked Vrsar so we decided to stay 2 more nights there. We came to this apartment from another one, Mediteraneo was way better and cheaper, I guess it is the best one in Vrsar. 😊
