Great location if you want to get away of everyone, especially during the evenings. Old town on top of hill with just a few houses. The last part of the drive to the apartment is a bit narrow (only 1 car can pass), but nothing to worry about, there's hardly any traffic. Accommodation has everything you need, felt very authentic. You can take hikes to nearby beaches with not that many tourists on the beach (you have to make an effort to go down and up again, but worth the effort). Host is very friendly and very responsive! Would definitely here book again.

Loved the location,the apartment was clean , and had everything. Was comfortable ,loved everything about it.Was really lovely to stay there, and the host was absolutely lovely and kind. Even dropping menoffbto the ferry with an umbrella as it ended up raining on my departure. Definitely value for money .Worth every cent !

Squeaky clean. Comfortable bed. The room has everything you need (kettle, mini fridge, WiFi, TV). Excellent air conditioning, heating mode is present. Very useful having been in early spring. This made it comfortable coming back after 3 h of hiking in the rain. Plus: very friendly and helpful host who immediately provided us with a drying rack given our wet hiking clothes. A very nice and cosy room, all clean, big comfortable shower, a lovely small terrace. Owners were very nice and helpful. And it s located 5 mins walk away from the city centre. A great stay, I would definitely stay again.

Very charming room, located in the attic floor of a beautifully renovated historical building. Fresh see breeze coming from all sides. Delicious breakfast prepared with love by owner. We and our dog felt very welcome! Beautiful natural beaches acessible only a few minutes walk, clean sea, charming restaurants, sunset.. paradise in one word.
The breakfast was good - I appreciated the addition of oat milk. Eggs and pancakes upon request also a good addition. I would only have appreciated a fresh fruit salad or fresh juice although I know that's difficult to get on the island.
The location is great, and the hosts are kind and helpful. The room had everything you need, and most importantly, it was not hot compared to other places we stayed for a night. We didn’t use the AC at all!
Everything was perfect for us! The appartments are located very central, though quiet and with a beautiful sight from the balcony. The parking possibilities close by and the extraordinary, terraced garden at the hillside behind the house are a special plus of this accomodation.
We did not miss anything! The hosts were very nice and helpful with our questions and borrowed us a hiking map for example.
B&B Palac was an excellent & unexpected surprise! The photos don’t do it justice! It’s right on the water in quiet Valun, population 45. We especially enjoyed restaurant (one of 4 in the village) Ma Ma Lu (great for vegetarians). Our hosts Matea and her fiancé, we’re very helpful and wonderful to speak with.
Excellent location in quiet harbour with 2 quiet beaches and choice of restaurants. Really friendly hosts and a surprise, considering the price, was the availability of air-conditioning. Super value and even a fridge and clothesline with pegs we could use. We would definitely return.
