Well equipped quiet comfortable apartment set in a lovely garden within easy walking distance from the ferry harbor with restaurants, cafes and a grocery store.
Great quiet a/c, comfortable bed, great water pressure so great shower and kitchen had most everything you would need. The terrace was perfect for looking over the sea and relaxing.
Free parking in front of the house or at back under an olive tree as you wish.
Finally the gracious friendly host and hostess welcomed me with a cold glass of water and a glass of their delicious homemade Mirta liquor. Both spoke excellent English so we had a nice chat while enjoying it. It was the perfect antidote to a long days travel and a nice preview of my excellent stay in their lovely apartment.

The room is in the core center, overseeing the ocean. It’s very clean, with all the essentials ( kettles, coffee, tableware, shampoo, towels) for a short stay. Initially I was a bit worried about the noise at night as tons of restaurants line along the street. But it was really not bad. Korčula is not as crazy as Hvar and it gets quiet before midnight. Even if one wants to rest earlier, with window closed, the room is quiet. The air conditioner and WiFi worked like a charm. The bed and pillows are comfortable and I rested very well during my stay. Korčula is such a quaint town with its well maintained old town and great beaches ( Lumbarda is my favorite beach) that I highly recommend it to travelers who intend to explore Croatian islands other than well known ones. I was very lucky to see the Moreška sword dance. Do check their schedule if that intrigues you as they only offer Mondays and Thursdays every other week in summer season.

This is a very large apartment, very spacious. It has a beautiful view of the water, the marina, and old walled town of Korcula, especially when the lights come on at night! We enjoyed the balcony and ate several meals outside. It is located perfectly, a 5-7 minute walk to anything, including the ferry, restaurants, shopping, old city, and beach. It is not new, but it's well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked for making a basic meal. It has a washer with soap available and a clothes line, which was very useful.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Everything was so perfect. The cleanliness, the kindness of the hosts, balconies and all the amenities that were in the apartment. It has been without doubt one of the best places where we have been ever.
The host was the standout. Very nice man, helpful. Close to the shores (I will not call it a beach - but for desperate people it could be!). Good AC. Good sofa bed, good size kitchen.
