Hotel is run by nice family, so it is calm and friendly place. Accommodation was comfortable, simple and clean. We spent most of the time in the Baška city, so we went to hotel just for night to get a few hours of sleep and then going back to beach after breakfast. Air-conditioning in the room was working perfectly. It is ~15-20 minutes far by walk from Baška beach, but if you do not mind this distance, it is great place to be.
Breakfasts were served by old man so it has nice and interesting atmosphere. When you wake up early, you can sit also on the terrace with nice mountain view - there are only three tables on the terrace and they are occupied first :).

Beautiful and quiet place. If you like to be relatively away from tourists this is the place for yoou to stay. There are several quiet beaches in walking distance.
The host met us when we arrived, showed us the parking plot, then showed us around the apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, good WiFi connection. Kitchen is well equipped. The same can be said for bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable beds, air conditioners in both bedrooms. In one word - an excellent place for a family vacation. The only warning - there are a lot of stairs inside the apartment and quite many stairs on the way to the beach :) And on the last day the surprise waited for us from the owners. It was so nice :)
The apartment was beautiful with pieces of art and wonderful interior. Great view to the sea and quiet neighbourhood. Many private beaches in a 5-10min walking distance. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay there.
Everything was perfect, we loved staying here! The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and quiet, our hosts were exceptional and the nearby beach was beautiful and not crowded. We'll definitely come back.
