The property is small but well-appointed and clean, it was perfect for this stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the sea the Center (front rooms). It is easily walkable to the Center/Old Town, restaurants and other amenities. In fact, there's a great restaurant right downstairs. The hostess is wonderful -- accommodating, accessible and very welcoming -- even left some goodies! Speaks German and Croatian so a digital translator is helpful for other languages.

I stayed here with 2 of my friends at one of the apartments which has a living room, bedroom with a sea view, and a private bathroom.
There is A/C in both rooms. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
We had dinner and breakfast in the owner's restaurant right below the apartment which has a great view to the sea right below. The food was delicious and staff very fast and friendly.
I would definitely stay here again, and I reccomend this apartment to everyone!

Excellent welcome by host Anita and Team! A really modern bathroom with a 'cool' shower ( that I couldn't work at first, but Danijel came and showed us asap). Very helpful and hospitable. The family home was very tastefully done- loved it!
Even got login to Netflix, not that we had the time to watch.

The communication with the owner was very easy and efficient. The accommodation is excellent and in a good location. During the night it is quiet which allows a peaceful sleep. Parking is on the site, and bicycles can be used free of charge.
Quiet location near the sea. We had everything to cook. Our rooms were clean and beautiful. Not far from Zambrattia is Umag (5 km) where you can buy products in Lidl/Kaufman, fresh fish. Perfect place for kids (nearest beach is from sand, not from rocks, and water is not deep). In ~2 hours or less (depends on traffic) is Italian Triest city, good place for 1 day trip.
The location is good, it is a quiet area. There is a path down to the sea, couple of minutes walk.
The house looks nice; it's clean, simple but comfortable. There is a nice large garden, with parking possibilites.
In the kitchen there is a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and there is an outdoor table with chairs on the balcony, too.
The flat has an airconditioning unit.
The linens were nice and made of cotton. The double bed had a double duvet.
Mobile reception for calls was fine.
The price was good.
This is a little quiet haven. The room was spotless and garden beautiful but the selling point is the pool, surrounded by beautiful colourful flowered bushes.

Booked Villa Anna to have a rest after exploring Slovenia. It was definitely worth it. Visited Rovinj and Umag - recommend both.
