The location is absolutely great - at a walking distance (20 min) from Entrance 1. The house is nice and the owner Ivana is a very helpful, friendly and practical person. In August the tickets to Plitvice NP sell out fast. Due to some technical problem we were not able to buy tickets online, so Ivana, who works in the park, bought tickets for us. She also arranged a nice surprise for my friend's birthday, for which we were very grateful
House Nada can be found easily following directions provided by booking.com. In Rastovača houses are numbered (House Nada is No 28), and you will see a sign by the road with "House Nada" on it. Ivana lives on the ground floor, but is also always available in WhatsApp where she is quick to respond.
Our rooms were nice, AC's worked well, showers were hot and the beds were good. There were kettles in rooms with instant coffee and tea packs, and a fridge in the corridor.
The house does not provide breakfast, but has an agreement with a kind neighbour who can offer a rich and delicious buffet breakfast with omelette and sausages, home baked pastries and fruits from their own garden.
Enjoying a peaceful location surrounded by greenery and a children playground, Guest House Ljubo&Ana is located in Rastovača, 1 km from the entrance to the Plitivice Lake National Park.

The accommodation is very good, decent price, according to the description. It is very clean and about 1.5 km from entrance 1 of the Plitvice Park. We also had breakfast for 10 euros/person, and the lady who runs the guesthouse is very nice. Parking is free in front of the villa, the air conditioning is very good! The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, but I didn't use anything.
Located about 500 metres from the famous Plitvice Lakes waterfalls, Guest House Ljubica offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. It offers satellite TV and a shared garden with a furnished terrace....

From the first time I communicated with Ljubica after booking for 4 couples, she was prompt with replies and very helpful.
I noticed a few negative comments in the reviews regarding her manner.
I’m very happy I ignored them. In our cultures we are all different and when travelling to other countries it’s our duty to be understanding and respectful.
The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Although there was no kettle and coffee we did survive 😄.
It’s so good being able to walk to Plitvice lakes gate 1, it only takes 15minutes through the Forrest.
There are a few lovely restaurants which are walking distance.
There are no supermarkets within walking distance, Tommy’s supermarket is a 7 minute drive away.
Ljubica is extremely kind and caring.
If you need anything just ask her.
All 8 of us would love to stay here again.

It was located in a very quite area and only a short 15-20 min walk to enter gate.

This is a great location and walking distance to the park entrance. The property is beautiful and well cared for. There are several very nice areas for relaxing outside as well. Our room was just what we needed and the beds are very comfortable and it's quiet. Our host was very welcoming and helpful with tips on a couple routes to take in the Plitvice Lakes.

The location was excellent. In a charming pocket, very quiet but very close to Plitvice Entrance 1. The room was spacious, comfortable. Top marks for cleanliness! The host was delightful and most helpful.
The hosts are so lovely, especially Ana. It was cold and wet when we arrived at the guest house and she made sure we were warm enough. She cooked a lovely breakfast.
