This location is amazing!!! Literally a 2-minute walk to the water. Great beachside bar/restaraunt right there, too. A 2-minute walk the other direction to a great breakfast/pastry shop. And 1 km off the highway. Fantastic location!!! Cozy little establishment. Wild garden to pass through before reaching the building, filled with multiple turtles just milling about!!! The view from our room was absolutely stunning. It was peaceful and we had the most incredible sunset. The room was simple and comfortable. Very clean. The booking.com listing said "partial sea view" but we got the full sea view. It was amazing. The bathroom was clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

We were travelling with a car, and this was one of the easier parking experiences and more economical stays of our 2 week trip in the region. This is a remote/virtual check-in experience. We are from the USA, and we did not understand the air conditioning remote, but the host helped us resolve our problems. There are adequate grocery stores and gas stations in near proximity.

It was close to the beach. The host was extremely warm and welcoming. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. In short, we liked everything about this sweet, sea apartment😊 And it is our biggest recommendation for you to stay here when you come to the Gornji Karin.

We had a lovely stay here. Big rooms. Fun outdoor/indoor cooking and dining area. Good hot tub. Wood was provided on request for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Great location for visiting the local area. The house has lots of character and we were looked after by someone who spoke excellent English. Garden is fenced in and gated which is good with small children. Hosts were responsive.
The accommodation has a wonderful location, it is quiet, comfortable and cosy. To be so close to the sea and have your own private beach is fantastic! The sea is clear and warm, the beach is pebbly and slowly deepening.
The hosts are very kind and helpful, immediately available for questions and very flexible.

The host was very attentive and polite. The place itself is nice and modest. We've enjoyed a barbecue and hot tub, these two were a huge bonus. Posedarje itself is rather small and quiet, nothing to be excited about. It was good to have the bakery and the market near the place.
A charming place with an appreciated parking place protected from the sun. Very friendly host which was really keen to help and see to that we had a pleasant stay.
Sanja is absolutely amazing host, everything was prepared for us nicely and kitchen had everything we needed and more! It’s close to shops like Plodine or Tommy and just 30 minutes from Zadar! Beach is 4-5 minutes walking so perfect! Area is nice quiet. We will definitely come back !
Great location - just between all the main sights in the area, free parking space, really nice hosts, zero problems with communication, the appartement was small and clean, wifi was working fine, not cold even in the winter. Ideal for a sleepover.
Fantastic apartment located in the remoted part of the village, so it is perfect for quiet and peaceful vacation. We had the apartment on the 1st floor, it is well equipped, spacious and has a large terrace with a view to the sea which is only few steps from the house. There were only few people on the beach right in front of the house (the place is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for guests), but there is many smaller beaches near to discover. The hosts are very nice and helpful. It was our 2nd time here and we will come back for sure.
