If you book the whole apartment, it's worth noting that the rooms do have separate entrances. Both had air conditioning and a bathroom and plenty of room.

Convenient location to stay when exploring Plitvice Falls as there is a walking access gate within a 15 minute walk that prevents you from having to deal with the parking lots. The room was spacious with a decent bed. The owner is very nice and she offered a great route to explore the falls that minimized time spent in lines and crowds.

This hotel is Accross the street and very close to Plitvice Lakes entrance 1. We were able to walk from the hotel after breakfast in about 7 min.
Beds were very comfortable and the staff allowed us to leave our car at the property while visiting the park. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast was in a quaint little cabin near all the rooms. Delicious food and coffee. Our room was modern and clean with very comfortable beds. We arrived late in the evening but could walk to a nearby restaurant for a wonderful meal of civapcici.

Great location and very quiet and peaceful. I’d a bit of the track but good accessible with bikes and cars. Views from balcony are with it. The starting point of the biggest waterfall in the lakes is closer to this property.
We rented a room with a kitchen upstairs. Very good location. Beautiful view and quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were in a separate building, but only 50 meters away. I didn't find this information on the booking website, and it turned out that dinners can only be ordered in the summer season, from June 1 - the host recommended us restaurants nearby.
