Normally I would this hotel a rating of 8. But since this is a festival town and I was visiting a festival, it totally fit my needs. Late breakfast, very helpful staff, a place to park, bikes to borrow, nice (even though selection is every day the same) breakfast etc.

The room was not so big but comfortable in general. Thre was a feeling of not so clean furniture and WC-shower. But it is apliccable option for one night staying and for morning swimming on the nearby seaside. There was fully equipped kitchen and I cooked pasta for my perfect full breakfast ! Nice seaside for morning swimming but a lot of urchins on the bottom !

The appartment is very well located, close to the beach and restaurant is just next door. Still, it was quite calm at night. The appartment was very clean and nicely equipped. We definitely plan to come back again.

Nice room with a balcony, it had a small refrigerator and the basic dishes (glasses, plates...). It was clean, the AC worked very well. It is a short walk to the city centre and the beach, 15min. There is no kitchen, but food in Pakoštane is cheap, compared to the other costal places.
Great location few steps from the sea, in quiet, traffic less area in pine forest. Nice clean swimming pool. House is equipped with everything you need. Terrasse is super comfortable and welcoming, offering shadow during hot days. Any technical issue with equipment solved within minutes by friendly staff.
Hoste was very nice and she was staying in the house so if we needed anything she could help us straight away which is very handy. Very nice and quiet location, walking distance from beach and town centre. Apartment perfect size for 2 people. Little balcony is lovely touch.
