Host was amazing, despite language barrier. She speaks Croatian, German, Italian and French. We speak Spanish and English but managed well as Spanish and Italian as well as English have latin roots. Room was comfy and super clean. And the coffee in the morning very good. We were also able to use her fridge and utensils for food we had with us. There is also parking somewhere car will not get hit which was super appreciated.

I stayed in Villa Martina 2nd time, this is the clean and cosy apartments with a stunning view from the balcony, around 5 min walk to the beach.
Not so far away from Opatija centre.
The owner is very welcoming I highly recommend this villa.

This apartment is located in the residential area of Rijeka which makes for a more authentic experience of the area. The views from the bedrooms is great with ample space on the balcony for enjoying it with a lovely glass of wine, generously gifted by the owners. Very comfortable and well appointed room with private bathroom and a balcony which was fabulous. Unfortunately ìt rained the 2 days we were there! Location was about 20 minutes walk from the bus station. 5 minutes on from this was the old part of the city. Instructions to enter the room from the owner was easy to understand. The room was smaller than I anticipated but the bed was comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.

Spotless clean, comfortable beds, amazing views from the balcony. The apartment has a great location: the quiet Skrbici beach at 10 min walk, the fish and fruits/vegetables market, a nice bakery and a supermarket, all within 5 min walk. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and even more. Having a parking place included and always available is very convenient. Towels and linen are changed on request. Antun and his wife are wonderful hosts, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and chocolate upon arrival. Thank you!
Dolores is an exceptional host. When we arrived there were fresh fruits, coffee and water, beer and milk in the refrigerator.
It is not far to the City Center and beach.
