The rooms are located in a rennovated building in the Labin old city, up on the hill. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. At the ground floor where the entrance is, there is a fully equipped kitchenette that will satisfy most needs of every traveler. In the morning there were fresh croissants waiting for us.
The host wasn't there to greet us because we arrived late afternoon, but she was very helpful on the phone and explained everything. Highly recommended.

The room is really beautiful, the look down the hill and over the ocean is just wonderfull.
Everything is very modern and nicely decorated. The location in the old "town" part is very cool, as well. pizzeria rumore is one of the best in Istria, so is pizzeria Napoli at the square. The Negri family sells award winning olive oil and great wines. All in a couple of minutes by foot.
Parking is not a problem: Astrid registered our number plate so we could pass the restricted road and always found a parking lot along the street. Still, watch out where you park as we got two big scratches at the car there. Near the pizzeria there is a little store selling honey and souvenirs. On its left you follow the stairs, turn right twice and find the building 😊

Ah, this was amazing - nicely located house with two apartments. We lived in the bigger one with two kids. A terrace with marvellous view, nice old-style decoration inside. AC was saving us during the evening and night time. It is a great choice when need to switch from "big city" to 'quietness and pure nature' mode. The owner, lady, gave us a bottle of home-made wine as a welcome gift, this was lovely.

Great view, great pool, great terrace, fully equipped kitchen, air condition both in living room and bedroom, great host with lots of good information! We could always reach Lana for all kind of local guide information about beaches, restaurants and so on.
The property was situated directly in the center of the Labin old town. We had everything right at our doorstep. The place was very comfortable with all amenities as described. Very clean, very quiet. We were greeted by our friendly host who was available 24/7 if we needed any assistance or had questions. We will definitely use this property again on our next trip to Labin!
This is a quiet area location. Safe parking. Big terrace for outside dinning. BBQ area. Very clean rooms and pleasant smelling bedding. A well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, big refrigerator including. Mosquitoes protection on window and electrical repellents in the sockets. Small pool was a bonus for the kids.

She is a great host! Incredibly polite, courteous, friendly and always helpful. She answers every question, is super responsive and happy to help. The house is fantastic! Absolutely new, extremely clean, fully equipped and you everything is pretty much in reach (between 10-20 minutes by car). It's wonderfully quiet and the pool is the highlight. I can only warmly recommend the accommodation. We are very busy and hard working - we were looking for something to relax an black out the world. This holiday was everything we were looking for!
The host was very kind and responsive, ready to help! Upon moving in we received a bottle of wine as a gift and very tasty cookies. The apartment is clean and comfortable, you have everything you need and even more to feel like at home. There is a large terrace and place for barbecue. The house is in a quiet and beautiful place not far from the old city center and in around 10 minutes by car from the amazing wild beach where you can enjoy the sea. We enjoyed the holiday very much!
Very nice and quiet location just a 10 minute walk away from the city center of Labin. The apartment was just recently renovated, everything is clean and looks like it's never been used before. Additionally there is a cute garden with tomatoes, rosemary and thyme. We didn't miss a thing, the contact with our host was simple and our neighbour also made us feel very welcome.
