We LOVED our stay here, and it felt like such an incredible home. The rooms were cozy, clean, beautiful, and very spacious. Also, we had a delicious and plentiful breakfast and dinner here. It's very close to a bear sanctuary, which we recommend, and hiking in the nearby national park. The owner was so kind and patient with us and has such a sweet dog. Make sure to bring cash as payment!

The situation of the guesthouse is great for the Velebit mountains, the coast or the Plitvice lakes. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home. The room and bed were very qualitative, beautiful and calm. We had four times breakfast and dinner there and the food was delicious, varied and authentic. This is a great place to stay for several days and we definitely hope to come back!
Apartman Kremen is a very spacious, well equipped apartment situated in the the friendly village of Kuterevo. We had a very warm welcome and loved the quiet, calm nature of the place. The Kuterevo bear reserve was just down the road, so we visited that most evenings. Access is free and donations are welcomed. It was also the perfect base to explore the Velebit national park - about a 45 minute drive away - with its stunning Alpine scenery and views over the sea.
The accommodation was exceptional. The hosts were excellent, and heartwarming. The Room was clean, with a lovely balcony view on pristine, Arcadian like nature. It was an ideal village experiance. Bear encloser is couple of minutes of walk from the house, and the peak of National Park North Velebit is a 50 min drive.
Fantastic apartment! Two comfy bedrooms, cosy wood burning stove, we loved it! Friendly welcoming hosts, home made cakes and liquer on arrival plus a gorgeous dog. Bear sanctuary is walking distance and there is great hiking nearby.
The kindness and hospitality of the hosts was genuine and delightful. The typical products served at dinner and breakfast are truly delicious. A charming atmosphere!
