Great communication with friendly host who had complimentary water, juice and fruit ready for our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Our apartment did not come with a terrace, but there are some units that have one (which is nice in the evening).
Parking is available on the property which is a bonus since parking spots are difficult to find close to the historic center of Rovinj. From the apartment, we walked into town in 10 to 15 min.

I recently stayed at Guest House Maxi and truly loved every moment of it. The hospitality and friendliness of the owner family, Marija and Danijel, were exceptional—they took very good care of me throughout my stay. The room was extra clean, equipped with a fridge, and the A/C worked perfectly. The rooms are very quiet, so you don't hear other guests, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The view was amazing, with stunning sights of the sea and lush greenery. I will definitely come back. Thanks to Marija and her son Danijel for their first-class hospitality!

From start to finish, communicating with Mr Matošević was easy and straightforward, he was extremely helpful and accommodating.
I was staying in apartment 6, which is a kitchen-less room, but I still had everything I needed for making coffee, having breakfast, etc. The bed was super comfortable, the water pressure of the shower is excellent, and everything is clean clean clean. I loved my stay, and if possible, I'll always book this apartment when staying in Rovinj.

The hosts made sure we felt like at home. They are very hospitable and nice. Breakfast was excellent, with home made products. The house is in very quiet area and the sound of birds will wake you up in the morning. Private parking is secured.

The family who host are just super lovely and go out of their way to accommodate any request, the facilities of the villa are second to none, basketball,badminton, table tennis, table football, PlayStation and the pool is just a fab size and the finish of everything is first class - the restaurant next door is fabulous too - loved it 🥰
