The room is really beautiful, the look down the hill and over the ocean is just wonderfull.
Everything is very modern and nicely decorated. The location in the old "town" part is very cool, as well. pizzeria rumore is one of the best in Istria, so is pizzeria Napoli at the square. The Negri family sells award winning olive oil and great wines. All in a couple of minutes by foot.
Parking is not a problem: Astrid registered our number plate so we could pass the restricted road and always found a parking lot along the street. Still, watch out where you park as we got two big scratches at the car there. Near the pizzeria there is a little store selling honey and souvenirs. On its left you follow the stairs, turn right twice and find the building 😊

The rooms are located in a rennovated building in the Labin old city, up on the hill. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. At the ground floor where the entrance is, there is a fully equipped kitchenette that will satisfy most needs of every traveler. In the morning there were fresh croissants waiting for us.
The host wasn't there to greet us because we arrived late afternoon, but she was very helpful on the phone and explained everything. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous view with beautifull sunset every evening. The Italian hosts were fantastic. 3 out of 4 evenings we had dinner there. Delicious red wine and the homemade truffle pasta was to die for!
The place is a bit isolated, as written in the description, but it is exactly what we were looking for. It is very quiet, calm, had a very good sleep. The italian hosts are extremely friendly, sympathetic. Barbara is making amazing home-made pasta.
A lot of nice beaches in the surroundings, nice restaurants.
The italian host couple was very nice trying fulfil all wishes the guests could have. The building is a perfectly renovated old stone house with rooms each decorated differently and charmingly. The food is good and sitting outside feels like being in Paradise.
