Hotel is run by nice family, so it is calm and friendly place. Accommodation was comfortable, simple and clean. We spent most of the time in the Baška city, so we went to hotel just for night to get a few hours of sleep and then going back to beach after breakfast. Air-conditioning in the room was working perfectly. It is ~15-20 minutes far by walk from Baška beach, but if you do not mind this distance, it is great place to be.
Breakfasts were served by old man so it has nice and interesting atmosphere. When you wake up early, you can sit also on the terrace with nice mountain view - there are only three tables on the terrace and they are occupied first :).
Just a 8-minute walk from Plav Beach and half a mile from Ježevac Beach, Guest House Sonja features accommodations in Krk, with a garden, a terrace, and barbecue facilities.

We really loved this place. It took me a lot to find it as there were many options in krk but we are really glad we picked it.
We got the basement apartment, it was very clean, nice and had everything we needed. A kitchen to throw something for breakfast, AC to cool the room down, and comfy beds. Pleanty of room for us.
The best in my view was how friendly the owner was.
We were greeted with beer and apple juice, was very responsive, guided us to the nearest beaches and even helped us to a great location for some local olive oil.
All and all a great experience.

Clean, all necessary available, yet access a bit difficult. It iis only possible with a good car because it is ip the hill. Very windy at night. Quiet, for famillies balcon is nice.
Well equipped apartment, I slept on the couch and it is very convenient. The host is very kind. She offered me a cake and let us charge our electric car. There is a lovely Cat, Peter who likes petting. Everything was fine, this apartment is affordable and good for couples or 2-3 members.
This place is not suitable for people who like tidy hotel rooms. The main value of this house is its owners, atmosphere and history. You won’t feel yourself like an another client here, only like a special guest. Be sure to talk with the hostess of the house - Darinka, she will tell you a lot of insights about the history of the house and the island area. And also Darinka makes a stunning coffee in the morning!
P.S. Since house and the furniture in the rooms is ancient, be prepared that there may be a specific smell in the room.
Guesthouse Darinka was beautiful! It is a lovely, quintessential older style home run by a beautiful family who are the original owners of the house. Darinka made Turkish coffee for me in the morning and even gave me a small gift at the end of the stay. Perfect getaway for an island escape as I didn’t have a car, there was a gorgeous bike path down to the main town of Baska that you could walk or ride a bike down. Very accessible and beautiful outlook and house facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

Incredible location with beautiful views, quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. Very friendly hosts who helped in all matters. The house, terrace and grounds look much better than in the photos. Inside the house is very clean, everything is new and in very good condition. We really enjoyed our stay there. The property exceeded my expectations.
