Lovely room, very quiet, modern and clean. Very close to park entrance as long as you have purchased tickets online. You can walk there from the cottages. Jasmine was wonderful and so helpful. Lovely breakfasts and we had dinner there all 3 nights we stayed. Good food and wine. Would come back!

Beautiful location. The facilities are just a short walk to a back gate to the park. Buy your park tickets online, and the range will scan them, and you enter. No crowds. I definitely recommend it to all ages.

Such a lovely location! We really enjoyed our stay. Host was very welcoming and helpful.
If you book the whole apartment, it's worth noting that the rooms do have separate entrances. Both had air conditioning and a bathroom and plenty of room.

The staff was amazing!!! My rental car tire had a slow leak and they filled it up both mornings we were there AND gave me their contact info in case something happened during the day and we needed help. The room was beautifully appointed with a lot of space. I would highly recommend staying at Etno Gardens if you want to explore Plitvica Lakes!

The owner is very kind and explained where to go and what to see in the evening. As a result, we visited some places that are not typically open to the public.
The owner also offered a nice breakfast with eggs, coffee, some ham, and cheese, which was enough for the day.
There is some reconstruction happening on the first floor, and soon it will look much better.
If I visit the Plitvice Lakes again, I would consider staying there again.

Had dinner there. Very tasty and good quality food. Also got a complementary capuccino when we came back from the National Park, without even asking for it. We felt pampered. And they provided, for a fee, a drive to the airport in Zagreb on a Sunday afternoon. Amazing.

We were surrounded by nature relatively close to the natural park, yet the room felt comfortable and the bathroom was modern. There is water available and even a small swimming pool to enjoy the sun.

The luxury mobile home was fantastic. It had all the facilites in place for a comfortable stay including linens, towels, toiletries etc. The beds were super comfortable and we found the campsitite quiet and well located to get to Plitvice by car.
Jasna was very accommodating and an excellent host. We had a flight delay and therefore arrived very very late she waited for us to welcome us in and we had a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location is very peaceful and there is a nice terrace to enjoy lunch or dinner or just chill on.
