The balcony is perfectly positioned for the best view of Zadar, the Adriatic Sea and the SUNDOWN! It is like a larger Hotel room with a super nice bath tub and shower. You can actually watch the sundown from a large window near your bathtub if you are really romantic. The balcony is quite large with tables and chairs for enjoying the sundown with wine and your partner. The second best sundown I have seen (Lagos Portugal holds first place). So yes Alfred Hitchcock was right about Zadar Sundowns which are truly the best in Croatia. It is also only a short walk to Zadar's old town across the bridge. There is also a nice convenience store in the same building if you forgot wine for sundown! There is a 24 hour bakery on the bridge to Zadar for your breakfast too, Prefect location with street parking nearby. We parked in the free lot next to the building but the street had spots too
. One last bonus is they have 2 Elevators! It was the only place we visited in Croatia that had one. No shlepping your suitcase up the stairs!

Tha family running a guest house are the nicest people ever! Very attentive and caring. The view from the balcony stunning,the room spacoius and spottless, AC working very well. Other guests were using the pool and they seemed to enjoy it but we did not have a chance as we were sightseeing a lot. Petrcane is a cute quiet village, with a few good restaurants(fish and seefood great) and 2 cafes with deliciuos coffe. Thank you guys for having us!
Wonderful location facing the sea, just a few steps away; lovely view of the small harbor from the balcony. Well-kept garden full of plants and flowers, with a quiet pool equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas at the back of the guesthouse; very appreciated the private parking close to the building. Ingrid and Sime are friendly, kind and helpful hosts.
The apartment was so nice and clean, great location 2 mins away from the supermarket and under 5 mins to the beach/pool area. Great hosts, super friendly and on hand for anything 😁
