We absolutely loved everything about this property!
The location was perfect - tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet still close to all the main attractions. The place itself was immaculate, with spotless rooms and modern facilities that made our stay wonderfully comfortable. The swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the little bar was a great spot to unwind in the evenings.
The highlight of our stay, though, was our hosts - Maro and Nicole. They were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality truly made the experience special for my friends and me.
Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I can't recommend this place enough! 10/10 😀

Francesca is a lovely guesthouse. It’s almost like staying in someone’s home. They were all so accommodating to us. Letting us stay till 3 because we had a late flight. Francesca’s son drove us to the airport. We found out that he has a winery and does tours. Something we wish we knew earlier.
It was a little way out but that suited us and it was easy to catch a local bus into town.
There was a beautiful beach about 20 mins walk. If you go there checkout the bombed out buildings from the war.
Francesca’s house was also bombed and they have been renovating it to become the lovely family guesthouse that it is .
Katerina was such a lovely lady and couldn’t do enough for us. Great breakfast also.

The location was brilliant, just a two minute walk from the Stradun but quiet enough at night to not be disturbed.
Although the room was quite small my wife and I stayed there for a week and it was absolutely great. Very clean and modern but with beams and exposed stone work in keeping with the age of the building. Bed was comfy, there is a fridge and the shower room modern and spotless with everything you need ( shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer etc etc).
Biba, the manager of the property, is fantastic. She is extremely helpful and can advise on best restaurants, how to get around inc to and from the airport and what is worth seeing etc.
Overall we were delighted to have made the choice to stay here.

Many thanks to our very kind hosts who warmly welcomed us with tea and cake. The apartment was perfect for our grown up family of 4 to stay very close to the airport and to spend one day and evening in beautiful Dubrovnik. Lovely terrace area too with pretty views. Our hosts organised a taxi for us to the city centre so all very easy. Highly recommend

The host family was very nice and even cooked a local meal with homegrown vegetables and grilled meat for us the last evening of our stay. Great location close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik.

Close to the airport, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it so much we added an extra day onto our stay. Apartment has all the comforts required to make your stay comfortable. The hosts are amazing, the arrival treats were the BEST ever tasted and the wine … amazing! I will definitely recommend staying there.
