The guest house was in a great neighborhood and really close to a nice restaurant and cafe! It was very peaceful and the balcony was the best part. We figured out the way to get to the lakes was to go next door to Camping Korana and catch a 9:00am bus to the lakes. This same bus comes back to camping Korana at 2:00 and at 5:00pm. If you are looking for a way to get to the guest house from split or Dubrovnik, take bus to entrance 1 in Plitvice and then wait for the blue bus to go to camping Korana.

It is a nice & clean accommodation in a big house with private parking and a huge lawn in front of it. The owners are kind and welcoming, and might give some advice about visiting the Park. The great bonus is two lovely dogs and a cat, very friendly pets :)

The hostess was gracious and knowledgeable about the park. New cottage, but was not quite finished. Food at the restaurant was fair but too expensive.

Villa verde is a great guest house, the surroundings are beautiful, room clean and close to The Plitvice Lakes, shower works well and bed is comfortable, the landlord is a very friendly and helpful person, he took us for free to the park entrance and explained in details how the park works, and how to go back to the guest house after visiting the park, also the breakfast is delicious and with a variety of fruits, breads, scrambled eggs and vegetables, crepes and cakes. It was an amazing stay and I would recommend this for everyone.

The place is amazing, well-kept and tidy, Sarah is great and explains everything properly.
The location is perfect and very close to everything, including food, a pharmacy and of course the nature reserve.
The pool is very fun and most importantly there is an excellent air conditioner in the rooms!

The studio was quite large, very new, very clean and functional. The terrace was lovely and the location very quiet. Free parking a bonus. The hosts very very friendly and accommodating and fixed an issue with our TV very promptly. No complaints at all, would highly recommend and gladly stay again.

Really clean and great location from the National Park. Lovely reception and restaurant staff, incredibly helpful with arranging a packed lunch for at short notice and suggesting a local supermarket that opened early for me. Room was good size, really quiet and great to have the parking
The apartment was very comfortable, and spacious. We got more than we saw on Booking description. It was a better accommodation than most hotels we have been in. The hostess was very generous and hospitable. Even though we got there pretty late, we were welcomed with still warm apple pie, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essential groceries (basic vegetables, eggs, coffee, juice and beer). There was a full cookie jar.
The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were excellent.

Nika is a beautiful little pink house on the hills near the Plitvice lakes. The rooms are clean and cute, the bathroom has a very nice shower and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean. The location in the woods is very beautiful and quiet but still very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The host was extremely kind and helpful before and during our stay, taking extra care of our needs. I would totally recommend Nika's if you are visiting the area!
