This was my second stay at Hotel Muchá, and it's well maintained and in a great location. The room and bed were comfortable and the interior patio is lovely.

I had a room on the 3rd floor with a very nice view (not from the room itself, but from the balcony area just outside the room). The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was good to me. About 10 minutes walking distance from the central park. They offered free drinking water and tea downstairs.

Great location, 2 blocks from the main square, on a quiet street. Showers had hot water. Sophia ,the owner s daughter, is adorable.
Nice terrace overlooking the city. There is also a kitchen up there, but I never used it.
Robert was a very considerate host; he apologised when his other guests woke everyone at 4 am (going on a volcano hike) or when they were talking for hours late at night on their phones, he politely asked them to finish their calls.
This is the best place I have stayed in my travels! Cheap simple rooms - with lots of blankets. The owner is super friendly and respectful and advised me on directions. The kitchen area is well equipped and is on the terrace which has a beautiful view. I felt so happy to be there in the mornings! The bathrooms were super clean. Soap and towels were provided. Quiet and no disturbance - this is the place for some privacy and rest. Xela is a beautiful spot and this is the hotel to stay at.
Hotel Mucha is a quiet, relaxed, clean and tranquil oasis in Xela. Great location, large comfortable room with good ensuite, good breakfasts, filtered water, tea and coffee to help yourself to. Fantastic value for money .
Lovely guesthouse, calm, tranquil, and clean. The host is very friendly and went out of his way to help me recover my kindle when I left it behind. Highly recommend!
The place is cheap and the host is very attentive and can answer all your questions. The place has a minibar with some things you can buy if needed and a well equipped kitchen
It's a really nice little hostel - Sergio was a great host the room was comfortable, there was coffee & drinking water available and a basic kitchen. It's only a couple of blocks from the main square but also nice and quiet.
Great hostel in a beautiful little spot tucked away from the road. Kitchen facilities were great, wifi was good, beds were comfortable. Easy to walk places and friendly, helpful staff.
Loved this hostel, super helpful and friendly staff matched by the guests that stayed there. Was a great place to meet fellow travelers and Spanish students. The kitchen was well-equipped for home meal cooking. The bar upstairs was fun too. Bed was comfy, shower was warm if a little weak. Great location close to the central park with restaurants/cafes etc.
Great hostel in Xela. Nice rooftop terrace and bar with great views and a relaxed atmosphere, with good live music on certain days of the week. Great location in the centre of Xela. Through the hostel, lots of good tours can be organised, for example climbing Santa Maria volcano, or shuttles around the country. Very good value room.
The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful, in particular Tom, who was great fun to chat with.
