We had an amazing experience! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, simply because it was available and the host thought it would enhance our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and everything exceeded our expectations. After reading the positive reviews beforehand, I can now say I wholeheartedly agree with them all. Highly recommend!
A special mention goes to Emanuel restaurant right in front of the hotel, where we had great food and met the incredibly friendly owner. It was the perfect complement to our stay.

Great Location literally on the beach, Nana was an amazing host who went above and beyond and Agios Konstantinos is a great little village……top tip; Eolos is a great restaurant (other aside of village) and Kipseli (nearby) is a great sweet shop with beautiful ice creams and a huge selection of Greek sweets!

Perfectly located building, close walk to everything in Kokkari. Right on the beach and the view is stunning, bathroom was very clean!
Giannis was a great host, was happy to offer suggestions of things to do. And offered me a later check out which I appreciated but declined as I enjoyed sitting on the beach instead.
Even offered me a lift to Samos (Vathy) while I waited for my bus.
I cannot recommend staying here enough!!

The room was very clean and the cleaners came daily. The ceiling fans and air con were a welcome relief from the heat. All the staff were very friendly . The host made us feel very welcome and there was homemade cake in our room. Highly recommend this property.

Very conveniently located at the end of a small alley where you will get to know and greet all the neighbours and their lovely flowers. best place to stay in Kokkari. Perfect location. This room has everything you may need, maybe even more. I have never had such a comfy pillow at any hotel, which is very important to me :) nice to brew filter coffee and enjoy it at the yard. Lovely location, in a quiet little street but still just a minute to the main street and the beach. The studio has a nice private balcony overlooking the garden and mountains. The bed was good, and the owner super nice and helpful.
