We were welcomed by Katarina and her daughter Violetta and shown to our upgraded room which was a lovely treat. Here we enjoyed a beautifully decorated large room with a fireplace and seating area. This is a very nice place with spacious apartments. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Beneath olive trees in a huge garden. There are 2 beaches in walking distance. Its a perfect choice for a getaway if you feel like you need some rest.

WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes.
we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden.
room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there.
bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper.
the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area.
overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away.

The house was nicely decorated and welcoming. We were expected with fresh fruits, veggies, coffee, tea and cold water in the fridge. The host was really helpful and answered my messages at 3am and also recomended nice places to visit and restaurants. The location is exceptional, right besides a quiet and beautiful beach with clean water. There were other beaches very close. The area was beautiful and quiet with mostly locals.
The apartment was fantastic. Great location. Very clean. Amazing view with a great balcony to enjoy it. It has all the amenities from making an espresso to cook. Extra the Jacuzzi was awesome. Very close to city center but enough away to enjoy a calm morning and a quiet night.
The flat is perfectly located in a quiet street but at 2 minutes from the sea front and 10 minutes walking from the city center. The appartment was clean, cosy, fully equipped and with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Kitchen fully equipped as well and a nice balcony from where you see both the sea and the Pilion mountains. Very usefull, a parking space behind the building. Everything exactly as described, perfect communication with the host.

Really clean apartment at a great location in Volos. Spacious apartment with everything that you would need, including a Nespresso machine and an oven. There was always hot water and the place was warm. The host gave clear instructions for the check in. The location is great as you are close to the city center, some nice cafes and the sea.
A lovely newly renovated apartment block. Great location - quiet street, but also very central and just a 5 minute walk into town/shops/cafes/the port. Super balcony, comfy bed, great shower. The host was really helpful, available and friendly. We'll be back!
