Practically everything, especially the quality and friendliness of the staff, particularly Catherine and Maria, who moved heaven and earth for us as we had mistakenly booked for just one night when in fact we wanted one week. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This is a boutique hotel, not too many rooms, beautiful pool area and well designed common parts. Our breakfast was just right but we were on bed and breakfast tariff and so cannot comment on the evening meal although most guests were on all-inclusive basis and seemed very content.
