We booked the whole villa - 4 apartments for a group of 16, including three children. The rooms were clean, with new facilities and every apartment has its own balcony or veranda with table and chairs. The area around the first floor apartments is like a little playground which families with children will appreciate. The bathrooms were clean and the appliances are new. The scenery is very pleasant and at this time of year, it was very quiet. The host was punctual and our communication was smooth. Everyone in our group was happy with the rooms and the overall experience.

This pansion is located 2 minutes from the beach and the same time very quiet place. It was our honeymoon and we stayed in a lively room, what has big terrace covered with a beautiful flower bush. They cleaned our room every day. We would like to say big Thank you to Spiros and his wonderful mother(who cooked delicious risotto)))for hospitality. If we come back to this magical place, only there! Quality for this price was worth it! Thank you again!

If you'd like to have a place called home just in the middle of the trees, waking up in front of the sea view but also near enough to enjoy the city center, than this place is the perfect one! Definitively will be back again next summer. George is a great host, always checking on us and making sure everything is alright
The place was even more beautiful than the photos and exceptionally clean. The host and her staff were kind and helpful. It's close to the city center but it's calm and quiet.

The location is perfect for the harbour front but set back so not in the thick of it. Honestly can’t fault this place and planning to go back again next August. We have been coming to Sivota for 20 years and this is now our number 1 place to stay. Thank you!
Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment, air conditioned, located in a quiet area of Sivota and in walking distance from city center. Dimitra and Mavroudis are great hosts. I strongly recommend this accommodation. You'll not be disappointed.

Everything else, Nikoleta and Elena were great hosts, helpfull, kind, friendly. Apartment and view are amazing, baby friendly, little "private" beach litterally down the stairs, 1 min from room, city center and other beaches fron 3-10 min away. Private parking u der the trees in the shade inside house complex. You can see that a lot of time, passion and money is invested in complete house. We will definately return next year, for a longer stay.
Good for a 1-2 nights stay. Very clean which is important to us. Great location, we had the room towards the foot zone/central area with a balcony and not towards the busy street..
All basics are there. Mosquito nets are very useful, and darkening blinders of the window. Air con worked well. . Very good fridge with ice compartment. Parking spot for hotel guests next to the house Very kind host. We enjoyed being in the heart of the center for 2 nights. But then we were also ready for a more quiet place again with a better bed.
