It's really good location - about 15 minutes walk to nearest shop in both directions, +-10 minutes to the beach, and to some restaurants. I'd recommend getting a car anyway(for me it's obligatory in Corfu as there are no other way to communicate, or its really limited). Katia and her family are great people, very welcoming and helpfull! You can ask them anything. Everything was clean, we have gotten fresh towels, there's AC, place to park your car, place to sit outside, and even small kitchen fully equiped if you want to make any meal.
PS.: Katia's garden looks lovely!

Everything, Ria is such a great host. And a warm and positive person. The location is perfect the street is quiet, the garden is beautiful and enjoyable. Near to the beach shops markets, locals bus station. I went there to relax so I didn't rent a car. This is one of the few places where you can go and have everything you need without the necessity of renting a car. Thanks to Ria and all the people that work there, they all put heart in what they do and always have a smile and a good word for you. 🥰
