The room and the hotel in general were 100% clean and comfortable (very comfortable bed). The terrace outside the hotel and the balcony in the room were lovely. My room was quiet and bright. Easy parking, shops, beach and restaurants nearby, access to the national road to Chania/Herakleion round the corner. The owners are nice and helpful. The room has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It's a 45 minute walk into Rethymno 's old town, or a short bus ride. Ideal place to stay :)

Property has a very good location for those who are traveling with a car. Very big + is a parking options directly by the apartment and also that you can park your car in a shadow (what is golden by +30 degrees ).
Very nice and friendly hosts , you really have a feeling that family is hosting you in their own house ! You can also ask for the recommendations for example which way is more safe to get to Preveli beach .
They have a nice rooms with balconies and by a choice you can book with a sea view what makes your stay even more relaxed .

This is a new modern apartment & I liked the cleanliness & decor of the suite.
It felt calming and relaxing.
Plenty of car parking space next to the apartment.
I liked the great walk-in shower with a hairdryer provided.
There was a flat screen TV for double bed area & another for the single bed area.
It was good to find a welcome bottle of water in the fridge & shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom. Towels provided.
We were welcomed by a lovely lady who gave us all the information. There was a good WiFi connection.
The balcony was perfect for sitting to eat / drink & watching the world go by.
The apartment is in a quiet location near a river with beautiful white ducks and geese, making themselves known at times !
We stayed on the first floor with steps leading up to the apartment.
It is close to all amenities with a lovely taverna next to the river. Plenty of shops & cafenions to choose from. The local people were very friendly & helpful. We stayed one night as we had to collect a delivery near this village. I would have really liked to have stayed for more nights.
It is an ideal spot for driving to nearby towns Vamos, Georgiopoli & close to Chania.
I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay & hope to return soon.

Spotlessly clean, great kitchen with all of the things to cook a nice meal. Good coffee filter machine, also greek pot for making traditional Greek coffee. Very spacious ground floor two bedroom with a big good quality sofa bed in the living/dining room. Smart tv for YouTube and Netflix etc. Amazing swimming pool with lovely spacious surrounding garden. Large covered patio for eating al fresco.

What a great location in a quiet street where the locals all say 'kalimera' as you walk by - so rare these days - yet still in the heart of the beautiful old town, close to a supermarket and parking. Teo was an exceptional host who tracked down our son's lost suitcase when no one else could. Bravo! Having him and our housekeeper cook us a beautiful lasagne ready to heat and eat was the icing on the cake. We travel alot and this experience was EXCEPTIONAL! Grab a slice of traditional Rethymno while you still can.
Beautiful apartment in a great location. It had everything you could need for a holiday and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch. It is situated at the edge of the old town so a short walk to restaurants and bars but very quiet at night. Good value for money and great communication with the hosts

The host is a very kind, charming and helpful lady. The flat is recently renovated, very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable beds, and even the sofa in the livingroom was allright to sleep on for a large adult man.
Most important: The flat is right in the middle of old town, just a few steps from all the restaurants and shops, and still completely quiet. Not a sound from anywhere! Stop looking. This is the place to stay i Rethymno Old Town.
