Such a beautiful and quaint place. Located inside a wine bar, excellent vibe. Really good for a drink before or after the night. Great location for the town 1 min walk to main strip. The room was super clean, lovely and styled well.

We had such a lovely 3 night stay here - had a double room with large balcony and kitchenette. A five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Easy parking in owners car park close to property. Owner was so lovely, we’ll definitely stay here again.

This fully renovated accommodation is even better than you see on the photos. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious. Homemade cookies are a bonus. Fruit and veg shop is just around the corner. It's a minutes walk to the city center with charming coffee shops and restaurants. I would recommend driving to the beach unless you enjoy a 25-minute walk. All in all I would highly recommend this holiday accommodation. The host is great and very responsive.
Great location - very central yet quiet. The apartment was very well-equipped and the host extremely generous with his coffee, snacks, bottles of water and even tsipouro!!! Thoroughly recommended!
What a fabulous apartment! Brand new, tastefully decorated and in a great, quiet location just 8 minutes drive from Preveza city centre. Plenty of car parking space around the accommodation and lot of amenities inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend it for staying around Preveza area! Hosts were lovely and polite also!
The apartment has an exellent location in the city center 5 min walk distance to old town, comfortable, clean, very tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Aris was a great host, available to us at any moment and from very beginning he gave us sugestions and proposals what to visit. Exellent stay! Worth the money!
I love the Garden House Preveza. The property was very spacious , comfortable and extremely clean. I also like the fact the host was available at all times and I got to meet Romi ( the host dog- she is adorable ). The garden is peaceful and quaint. The property is about 15 min walk from the centre of Preveza, not too far from the Bazar and marina and there is a beach 5 mins away.
