It is a wonderful, small, cute, seaside hotel. It has its own parking lot. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The cute kitchen is very useful. Especially the owner, Mrs. Dimitra, is very friendly and very hospitable. The sea is clear and has a fine sandy beach. .. A hotel where you can enjoy the sea all day long on sun loungers.. Very cosy and modern room with a private balcony. Hosts are very nice people! The air from the mountain in the night is getting cold and we did not use air conditioner at all. The water springs downstairs create the pleasant sound of a river. The many visitors make it alive until midnight. The center of the village is one minute away by walk. In the mornings the church will most certainly wake you up on time. Golden beach is close by car.
A wonderful place to relax and rest, a stone's throw from the central square, but at the same time in a quiet and communicative place. Very good furniture and furnishings. Availability of very fast internet and air conditioning. A big plus is the availability of an adjacent parking space next to the house. No annoying mosquitoes and wasps.
A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Bathroom is fitted with high quality shower and closet. The room is spacy and there's a very nice wooden balcony. There's a beautiful source of natural water flowing right beside the hotel, tap water is drinkable.
The hotel is situated in a quiet location of the beautiful Pangea village, yet very close to the village center. Highly recommended.
The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The location was well placed, halfway between the beach and the town. The hosts were very hospitable and always ready to help.
The property is located just outside of the village, so it is very intimate and quiet. There are parking spaces for the guests and a nice garden with cooking place, if you prefer to use it instead of the kitchen from your room.
The rooms and all surrounding spaces are very clean, bedding and towels changed frequently.
Finally the hosts, very welcoming, warm and friendly, we felt like in a family, although it was first time visit.
Great location, quiet town and rooms stay cool even without the airco on (but there is airco). Good value for money. Easy parking right across the hotel.
We had a magnificent stay at Casa de Focas! Cozy and comfortable apartment, and is a nice mix between the authentic style of Panayia and contemporary style! Very close to taverns and shops, and a five minute drive from Golden Beach!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and has big, beautiful terrace with a great view. it is exceptionally clean and very charming. The property is located in the center of Panagia. The host is very nice and always there if you need help with anything. Since it”s hard to find places to park a car, it”s great that Hotel Theo has its own parking.
