Starting with the perfect location near a forest and in a middle of a beautifullly arranged garden and the kindness and eagerness to help of the entire personell and ending with the peacefull time we got there. The sea is amazing there and the amenities of the hotel made it easily accesible although the area is rocky. The bar is wonderfully placed to enjoy the view of the sea and the selection of drinks is excellent.

Hostess was extremely nice, very accommodating. The restaurant they own is very close to the apartments and offers amazing vegan options (a real blessing for me, but my non-vegan friends loved it too, the brunch was 10/10).
Towels were changed every day. The apartments are very clean, modern as well. We were a group of 9 so it was nice that there were larger spaces where we could gather.

You get a card which lets you enter a parking lot, there are towels that are clean. There is a airco, but it only cools the underground. When you go upstairs it is very hot. There is a balcony where you can sit. There is not much that is likeable in this property.

We spent 10 days at Filomeni studios. It was great experience, everything was like it's presented on booking. There was woman who did cleaning every 2nd day. We had nice terrace where we spent most of the day. It was close to main road and beach. Also, you have free parking (which is important) and if you want to go to some other beaches it's easy to manage from this location.

Definitely the first thing that comes to mind is the lovely-looking room with its boho aesthetic, as well as the spacious balcony with the breathtaking view of the sea, where we enjoyed our breakfast to the full every morning. The host, Christos, is amazing and very kind, his recommendations for places to explore were very helpful. The place is basically located in the center of Neos Marmaras, so it's very accessible.

Amazing location with seaview rooms and organized praking in a garage 300m from the apartment. The best restaurant in the area is right below the apartment on thr ground floor with tables also on the beach. Staff was friendly and nice and very helpful. Great frappe in the restaurant and on the beach.

Stunning views. The sunsets were spectacular. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious and Katerina went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We were having engine problems with our rental car and she called to have another car brought to us.

Spacious apartment equipped with new furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances that you may need during your stay, as well as complete kitchen utensils. Each apartment has its own parking space. In the back part of the yard is a pergola with a barbecue and space for a larger number of people. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The hosts are extremely friendly, clear when communicating both during the reservation and during the stay.
It’s okay, the house is quite big! it is like on the photos. Close to the city center, quite and with a lot of parking spaces. The host was really friendly and responsive ! Supermarket nearby.
To begin with, the room is in a great location, far enough from the city centre to remain quiet and close enough to go on foot. The owner was friendly, the room was clean and the tiny patio was comfy. There's a nearby field where you can leave your car. All the basic amenities and ever more were included in the room. The bathroom was also comfy, with hot water available all day.
Outstanding hospitality, the host was very friendly and welcoming. We were offered an upgrade for our booking and loved our new villa. Great location, if you are interested in a quiet holiday, and very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend this!
