Definitely the first thing that comes to mind is the lovely-looking room with its boho aesthetic, as well as the spacious balcony with the breathtaking view of the sea, where we enjoyed our breakfast to the full every morning. The host, Christos, is amazing and very kind, his recommendations for places to explore were very helpful. The place is basically located in the center of Neos Marmaras, so it's very accessible.

Great place to stay in. The rooms were clean, well equipped, with new furniture.
The accommodation is located in a quiet area but despite that you have everything nearby. The beach is just 1-2 minutes away, the market (which is well equipped) is ~5 minutes away, and the taverns are really close.
The accommodation is pet friendly, we were there with our pet. Also nearby, there are green areas perfect for walks with your dog, unlike Neos marmaras downtown were is close to impossible to find green areas.

The location is great, two grocery markets 50m away, the neighborhood is quiet and nice, and the city centre is 5min by walking. Neos Marmaras is great town on great location but the whole town is on a hill, so you need to be in a good shape if you plan to explore it :)
