Our stay at ACTA was everything that we hoped for. Me and my parents were there for a week, the room had everything that we could ever need, everyday the room was cleaned and the towels were changed, the host was very attentive and pleasant. We had the Deluxe Quadruple Room, this type of room has one double bad in the loft upstairs and a pull-out couch downstairs in the open space kitchen/dinning/living area, two balconies, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house is new and very well maintained. The location was one of the main reasons in choosing this place, a 4 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to the restaurants and shopping area.

This is a small family hotel in the city center, very quiet, cozy and clean, the breakfast was great, there are ~7-8 parking spaces provided by the hotel. The owners are very nice and helping, the rooms are small, but clean, the beaches are far away, that is why you have to plan traveling by car. The breakfast was good and a huge plus.

It is a spectacular guest house. It totally exceeded my expectations. The owner took great care of us and provided excellent restaurant/ Cafe recommendations.

Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Everything: the hosts, the apartment is big enough (the bath is a little bit small, but you do not spend so much time here), the nice big and shadowy terrace, the appliances, the cleaning, and the nice touch with cold water, beer and juice.
The small town is way better than Nikiti (at least for us), you can take some strolls around, and is way more quiet.
We totally recommend Teos Apartment and we will come back. Thank you!
The host, Kosta, is great. He is very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean room and bathroom. Quiet house, with a tidy yard. Not far from the beach (10 min walk, may be even less). The room was small in size but well-equipped nevertheless. Pet friendly. Great location for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
