The property was very clean and well equipped. With the added bonus of a washing machine. It is very spacious and light. It is located within the grounds of the family home. It is a modern new apartment. All windows have mosquito netting and electric blinds. The kitchen stools have a fantastic view of the sea and olive grove within the grounds of the property. There is a lovely seating area outside to relax. It had shaded parking for our rental car. It has an electric gate to enter/exit the property.
It is perfectly located in a very quiet and peaceful area, but about 5mins away by car from shops, restaurants and amenities.
Stavi is a a wonderful, helpful and very friendly host.

The staff here are phenomenal - so friendly and welcoming, they really can't do enough for you. The hotel itself feels very special, set in a 19th century merchant home. It is comfortable whilst retaining the features of an historic building. An excellent breakfast is included and it sets you up for the day. We have a suite with a balcony overlooking the busy street and whilst you get the expected noise, soundproofing is good so it is not disruptive at all. The courtyard pool area is lovely, with a pool that is adequate for cooling off in. Would highly recommend.

Checking in, bed, location plus our host was brilliant, very friendly and helpful and went beyond what he needed to do. The room was fine. It was good that we were allowed to use the owner's personal kitchen to make a cup of tea. The owner also gave us his card if we ever needed help in Crete which was really kind of him.

Second time I spent time in this place and once again it was time well spent. Apartments are perfect, clean and well-equiped with everything we needed. Cleaning service every two days, changing towels and everything, really nice. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, very good restaurant on the other side of the street and bus stops with buses going to the city centre (which is in walkable distance tho) Great place, great value for money.

The host was very attentive to our needs and communication was excellent throughout our week at the property. The villa was very clean and the facilities excellent. The villa is well equipped with everything you could need and they even provide you with some essentials in the fridge when you arrive. I will book again whenever I am back in Crete. An absolutely beautiful villa and garden! It has everything you need, eg, cooking essentials and little extras like books to read, and is very spacious and comfortable. The pool is amazing, as is the garden it is situated in, and it was peaceful to relax here. The village of Maroulas is very quiet and peaceful, so you can be sure to have a relaxing stay at the villa. Nektarios is a wonderful host and even provided a welcome basket with wine and fruit and cake which was so lovely. Absolutely recommend - had an amazing time here!
