I enjoyed sitting in the sun on the balcony, eating my breakfast! The location is ideal, in a quiet street but very few minutes walk to the central square. Parking outside was good, too.

The suites are situated at the top of town, just a quick stroll down the hill and you are in the village. It’s a beautiful property with a fantastic pool and plenty of sun beds and seating. Every apartment and pool area have a grand view of the sea, hosts are lovely people. Everything clean and tidy.

The apartment was great! Perfectly located and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home doing their best to meet our needs. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they provided us with great tips for exploring the island. The apartment was as described and even exceeded our expectations with a delicious breakfast spread and fresh fruit. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again.
The location was amazing and the beach was perfect for family. Natalie & Donny were accommodating us and super nice. Donny fixed our AC system. Natalie is a great host, she recommends a great restaurant in the area. Loved everything about there hotel.
The view is amazing, the house is perfect and Vassily is the best host... always available. The apartment is not far from the city which can be reached by walk in 15 min. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and housekeeping is done every 3 days.
I recommend this solution to family and friends which need quiet and beauty at the same time.
Welcoming host. Room was spotless and cleaned daily during our stay. Comfortable memory foam beds and linen and towels changed regularly. Room well equipped, kettle, filter coffee machine and hair dryer. Free WiFi.

Property is quiet and well located. 10 minute walk from main square in Lixouri, plenty of parking if you have a car. Beautiful views.
Everythings was great, sea view from balcony,clean and cosy apartment,very quiet place,and the host was very nice and helpful and pet friendly. Our dog was very happy. The beach with red sand was 8 min walk from the house and was very nice with good restorant above the beach.

Very clean and well equipped apartment with great location - in a quiet place, but a few steps to the centre and port. Apartment has a shaded balcony with sea view - excellent place for breakfast without sunshine in hot days. The owner is kind charming lady willing to advise or help. I felt at home there and like to go back.

Wi-fi was good, apartment also has air conditioners in living room and also in the bedroom. Location is very quiet and not too far from Lixouri. Would definitely recommend it!
Spacious, well appointed and quiet apartment with very comfortable beds. Lixouri centre with plenty of restaurants and bars a 5 minute walk away and Lixouri beach which was never very crowded, only a few minutes further. Excellent location being in a Greek residential area so authentic Greek experience and not touristy. Pleasant little balcony where we had breakfast and watched the locals going about their days. Hosts very helpful and brought us delicious fresh fruits from their garden.
Great location, secluded with 2 minute walk to beautiful, quiet beach. Great host and well presented villa and pool.
