Our stay at Zante Bay in Laganas, Zakynthos was an average experience overall. The room itself was okay, although it could definitely benefit from some proper maintenance. While it was clean, there were noticeable signs of wear and tear that gave it a somewhat neglected appearance.
The owners of Zante Bay seemed like good people, but it was clear that, like many others in Laganas, they were accustomed to the party-focused clientele and less concerned about providing a peaceful environment for families or those seeking a more relaxed vacation experience.
Alas is located in Argassi just a few steps from the Ionian Sea. It offers accommodations with sea views and has a snack bar with a large terrace, where you can enjoy your drink by the sea.

Fantastic! Everything you need, right in between two little towns. I would recommend renting a moped or car. Mike and his mother were so friendly and they even left us a nice honeymoon gift :)

If cooking is not your thing then there are multiple cafes and restaurants in a walking distance, The beach is 2-3 minutes walk from that place as well. The apartment is located in the center, few minutes walk from the main street and the beach. It is very quiet and you can't hear noise from the clubs. Hosts are very helpful and nice. Room is clean and comfortable, amazing value for price. You need to pay for AC but it is a lot cheaper than other places. In conclusion, I recommend staying in Dora studios.

Great location very close to the main strip. Villa was clean, comfortable and spacious and the private pool was amazing.
Dennis was the best host from start to finish. He organised a minibus to and from the airport, welcomed us with champagne, water and fresh fruit and regularly cleaned the pool for us.
We also asked for an extra bed which he happily provided.
