We liked everthing! The room is renovaited, towels are big and clean, view to the sea and 4 min walk to the beach.

Food was amazing. Our host was incredible. Treated us like family. I cannot recommend this place enough. This was the best way to have an authentic experience.

We had a delightful 2 night stay. Our room was large and very comfortable and Panayiota was a thoughtful and helpful hostess.
The guesthouse is in a peaceful and scenic spot, but just a short walk from the the village square with its excellent cafes and restaurants.
We had a very enjoyable walk in the forest and would have stayed longer, if we had had the time. We hope to come back next year.
The most beautiful traditional villa high up in the mountain in a tranquil setting and incredible views. Our hostess Panayiota was wonderful, she made us feel so welcome. A short walk to the village square where there are some lovely eateries under the big oak trees. Lots of hikes nearby.
Great for a one night stay. Visiting nearby Leonidio so didn’t see much of Kosmas.
Clean and hosts were friendly and accommodating when we asked for the heating to be turned down.

The property is traditional but unbelievably comfortable and modern where needed. The beds are comfortable and the service is unbelievably attentive and kind. We were travelling for a difficult family obligation and felt truly at home and cared for at this guesthouse. We will never stay anywhere else in the region. The restaurants in the village are some of the best in all of Greece and we had a really good experience. Breakfasts at the guesthouse were generous and beautifully made.
