Lovely friendly hostess! Kitchenette was handy. Great bathroom and big bedroom with a lovely view of the village and Gorge. Table on the balcony was perfect for a drink and breakfast. Easy access and parking right out front. Quiet ... apart from some dogs barking.

Beautiful property with lots of flowers and greenery and in a stunning location. The room was very comfortable and clean and the host was really friendly. We had a great breakfast, there was lots of food, and the host encouraged us to take some of the food left over as we had a big hike that day. We really appreciated that.

This is a beautifully renovated pristine set of rooms with hand painted ceilings and lovely bathrooms. Location is steps from an excellent taverna, the Epirus walking trail to Astraka hut, and the village park lot - yet it is very quiet. Dimitrios was a wonderful host, helping us clarify our hiking trail, giving us food for our packed lunches, bringing us afternoon coffee and cakes on the pretty garden patio Breakfast is plentiful and coffee is good. We now recommend this place to other walkers.

The landlady hershelf was preparing every single day, an enormous, homemade tasty breakfast, with local fruits, pastries, pies, cakes, jams and marmelade made as well from her. Having a breakfast next to the old stone fire place was the epitomy of our stay.
Cosy room, warm and clean, decorated with traditional rugs.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Very quiet room, everything was new and functional, easy parking right outside, helpful hostess made us feel at home. Also, at a convenient flat street, as good a place as any since you need a car anyway to go around in Konitsa due to the high incline.
Excelent stay, home with everything you need and more, very spacious, confortable beds, quiet and very clean; extremely helpful and generous host. Great base for visiting the area.Thank you, Marina, for a great stay!
Luxury Room for a good value.
Very Quiet Location Close to the Main Center and Not to far away from the trailheads.
Very good Breakfast Buffet with good Filter Coffee.
And not to forget extremely nice and helpful Hosts Katharina and Jannis...they are the Best.
We would definitely come back any time and highly recommend the Place.
The convenient location, so quiet and so central, the spotless cleanliness, and the kindest host, Vassilis, who looked after us as if we were his guests. The fact that we had two separate rooms and we all had our own space.
Separate bedroom and bathroom. Good internet and hot water. Quiet. Good views over the town and the mountains behind. Quite roomy for two people and kitchen well equipped. Host checked a few times to see if all OK as they lived next door. Quite roomy balcony. Washing line attached to balcony. Close to the town square though a steep walk up hill back to apartment. Bathroom supplied with body soap and hairdryer. Linen all very clean and smelled fresh. Beautful walk from Konita stone bridge to monastery. Lovely cakes from the bakery,
third visit here: Mr Tasos owns the hotel & estate. it would be difficult, anywhere, to find a more charming, generous or gentle host. this is an oasis of peace & tranquillity surrounded by forest & mountains. there are very old monasteries, mills and the city of Konitsa to explore locally as well as walks and a pool to relax in. plenty of game and locally sourced food & wine to enjoy, too.
A great location in a quiet part of the old town, yet only a few minutes from the bars and restaurants in the centre. The lovely owner even gave me a little gift as I checked out.
