Perfectly located building, close walk to everything in Kokkari. Right on the beach and the view is stunning, bathroom was very clean!
Giannis was a great host, was happy to offer suggestions of things to do. And offered me a later check out which I appreciated but declined as I enjoyed sitting on the beach instead.
Even offered me a lift to Samos (Vathy) while I waited for my bus.
I cannot recommend staying here enough!!

Very conveniently located at the end of a small alley where you will get to know and greet all the neighbours and their lovely flowers. best place to stay in Kokkari. Perfect location. This room has everything you may need, maybe even more. I have never had such a comfy pillow at any hotel, which is very important to me :) nice to brew filter coffee and enjoy it at the yard. Great Location literally on the beach, Nana was an amazing host who went above and beyond and Agios Konstantinos is a great little village……top tip; Eolos is a great restaurant (other aside of village) and Kipseli (nearby) is a great sweet shop with beautiful ice creams and a huge selection of Greek sweets!

Everything was well thought. Also there are restaurant/tavern choices in Avlakia district, you can spend your whole day in the hotel. Georgia was a great host and she was very helpful. Our next stay will be here again.

The house is beautiful, new, and with great view and location. They even put a custom made fence for out baby not to fall from the terrace. Stelios is great host.
The house was perfect and so quaint! Very clean with everything you need and the bed slept great. Georgina was an attentive and friendly host ready to tell us the best places to eat and always checking if we were happy and satisfied. A beautiful view from the bedroom balcony, 1 1/2 bath with a well supplied kitchen. And if you eat nothing else in Kokkari than the salmon pasta from Cavos you will be a happy visitor 😃
