Small well kept property with a family friendly feel close to the coast and restaurants but in a nice quiet environment. Rooms were light, clean and well equipped. The included breakfast was excellent and was served by an extremely cheerful lady that helped make every day special.

The room was very fresh and was just what we expected due to the pictures. The hosts were also very helpful during the whole trip and recommended us to rent a car to explore the island, which we did and it was amazing. Since the price for the Guesthouse was very cheap, we had plenty of budget to spend on activities such as a boat rental, and daily cruise to see Sivota and the blue lagoon. My girlfriend and I did not realise Kavos was a party town, but since we spent all time exploring Korfu it did not bother us at all, and the Big Max Guesthouse was the absolute best alternative for us.

A very cozy family hotel. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. Tea, coffee, soap, shower gel, sponges. There was a compliment from the owner: sweet drinking water and a bottle of wine. It was very nice. They cleaned every day, even changed towels. The most beautiful sunsets on the entire island. The sea is very warm, clean and shallow, which is great for children. Excellent restaurant with delicious food and large portions and very nice staff. Evgenios gave our daughter a gift at the end of the holiday, it was very nice. We will definitely come back here, thank you very much for everything ♥️

Very nice and friendly hosts, good location within 5 mins from the beach and a lot of food options in the area (our favourites were Ψησταριά Ο Στέλιος just before turning off the main road into Vitalades and Meltemi at the Gardenos beach). I had a really nice time staying in the apartment. Everything was great and the host is really helpful with everything you ask or need. Really nice place, quiet, for the perfect rest. And if you wanna go to the city center, it's an easy walk. Good connections with bus to Corfu city.
The room was cleaned daily, the towels and bedsheets were changed often. The food at the restaurant was good and the breakfast is served until 12, which was very helpful.
The place is very close to the city center, so everything is in a 10-15 minute walking distance. It is not on a main street so that the evenings are quiet and you could sleep.
The host gave us advice for anything needed so we saved time and money on our trips.

Korina is a fantastic host. The room is perfect, it’s very clean and get cleaned every day. The location is close to the beach and a little bit outside the noisy city centre so it was quiet. If I come to Kavos I will stay here again for sure!
