The property was very clean and well equipped. With the added bonus of a washing machine. It is very spacious and light. It is located within the grounds of the family home. It is a modern new apartment. All windows have mosquito netting and electric blinds. The kitchen stools have a fantastic view of the sea and olive grove within the grounds of the property. There is a lovely seating area outside to relax. It had shaded parking for our rental car. It has an electric gate to enter/exit the property.
It is perfectly located in a very quiet and peaceful area, but about 5mins away by car from shops, restaurants and amenities.

Location is a bit inland. 40 minutes to the airport. The town is small and cute. A few restaurants and 2 small supermarkets. There is a restaurant under the flat and an Anticristo opposite. Good parking.
Beds are very comfortable and the room is spacious with a nice terrace.

This stay was totally 'out of this world', not only for the beautiful views from the balcony of our room, but also for more practical aspects, such as the warm and genuine welcome from Mr Papadakis, the comfort of the room, the excellent Wifi - with plenty of plug sockets! - constant hot water and a shower with powerful water pressure. And as for the breakfast the next morning ... choose the full works to enjoy an astonishing variety of home made jams (including lemon, fig and quince), fresh yogurt and local walnuts! This was served by the delightful Mrs Papadakis in the shade of the garden, and the peace and quiet added greatly to the experience. My husband wanted to do a short 1-2 hour walk in the vicinity having done the Patsos Gorge the day before, and Mr Papadakis was only too happy to offer him a suggestion, with a fully-annotated map (in English!) which was easy to follow, and my husband walked it before breakfast and returned safely and with a camera full of photographs. We were treated royally and could not have wished for more .. or better. Thank you for a stay that will stay in our memories for all the right reasons!

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The house is in a great location with 360’ views of the mountains and sea. Lots of space inside and out, with terraces to enjoy the pool and views. Lovely staff, and we were made to feel very welcome in the small hamlet. Plenty of things to do nearby, and lots of good local tavernas.
Everything was great - beautiful house (we stayed at 2-bedroom house), good facilities, lovely views from terrace, responsive and helpful hosts. Good AC - we stayed there during a heat wave, and AC did the job well. Very tasty food at Maria tavern nearby.
Our stay in Kastellos apartment was perfect. The apartment is tastefully renovated, very spacious, well - equipped, and the surroundings is very peaceful. The views from the apartment are breath-taking, and the the village is charming, the neighbourhood is well worth to explore. Nearby Taverna Maria, which was open on two days, was a cherry on the top.
This was a lovely place in Paradise! If you prefer quietness & peacefulness over busy touristic centra, then for sure chose this stay over anything else! You can completely come to rest over here. We especially loved the balcony with impressive sight over the mountains till the sea and the two bathrooms, next to the very fast communication with Yiannis and Mrs. Licha organising everything over there. This made it to a perfect holiday. We would advise everyone this place!
I loved this unique property and everything was so good about it. The host was lovely and the taverna across from the property was….exceptional. I would really like to return here. It’s an amazing location. Pool was lovely too.
Very helpful staff at all times, nice pool, very good with bathrooms in every room when ur traveling with a group, very nice view. We had to check out at 12.00, but our flight wasn’t before 00.00, the host checked us in to a hotel nearby and gave us a room with shower (even though she didn’t have to). It was a lovely host!!!!
