Ideally located, Messana is in the perfect location for exploring the greater area of Messinia as it is maximum one hour away from all the locations of interest.

Excellent location, very short walk to beach access and taverna, easy walk into the town. The staff were excellent, we asked if they had a washing machine and she did not but she took our clothes and washed them for us free of charge (I presume in her own home). Was very warm and helpful.

Having a very wide choice for breakfast served in our room to eat on our balcony. Good bathroom and bedroom. Kettle in the room. Parking outside. Early check-in.
Very good value.

Everything was absolutely perfect - warm welcome, breathtaking views and fabulous breakfast. Marie and George are the kindest and sweetest hosts. The dinner is delicious and highly recommended - after which George plays traditional Greek music. If you are in for a hike, George is the best person to ask for advice on routes.

Christina is a wonderful host. She went out of her way to contact us after we left an important document behind. She had travel information in multiple languages. Her house is unique, well kept i.e. spotless and you can easily find it when looking past the cute square with its multiple dining opportunities at the bend of the road right in the centre. You can drive through the square and there is parking on site or by the road.
Boasting a patio with mountain views, a garden and a terrace, iliolithos rooms can be found in Kardamili, close to Kardhamili Beach and 1.1 km from Ritsa Beach.

Exceptional room both in size and aesthetics! Very clean, quiet and right next to the city center. The host was very welcoming and made great recommendations on what to see/ where to eat. Overall, my stay at ‘The Residencies Kalamata’ was fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The property had everything we needed and many more. It was very clean and comfortable and very close to the city center. The host was kind and we found him on the phone whenever we needed. There was air-condition in every room in the house, the two bathrooms were excellent as we were 4 girls and we enjoyed the comfort very much. Netflix was also available. The house was also quiet and renovated. It was a perfect option for our stay.

Very clean property and absolutely amazing communication with the host at all times. The locations is really good as well as it’s in a nice quiet neighbourhood with everything you need around (supermarket, coffeehouse, bakery) within 5 minutes of walking. A few more minutes and you are in the city centre or seaside. Would definitely choose it again for my stay when I visit Kalamata.
Very nice flat, with big veranda. Great location with both the beach and the old town within walking distance. It was also a very quiet area. The host gave a lot of useful information and answered fast if we had any questions. If we come back to Kalamata we would really like to stay here again.
Everything was perfect! The hostess had made all the arrangements for us, she was very polite, had prepared fresh fruits and traditional products for us! The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and it’s close enough to the beach and closer to the city centre! Great location and very welcoming hostess!
