Very friendly people always eager to help. A plethora of appliances available, I.e. coffee machine, induction hot plate and a lot of small packages of jam, coffee etc. The view is amazing, you can see and hear the ferries coming and leaving from the port. It is quiet enough such that you can hear the waves even though you are very high on the hill. Private parking is great. The room was cleaned frequently. They also had very friendly cats! The owner was also happy to provide recommendations for food and activities across Andros.
Combining one of the best views in Batsi with a relaxing environment and excellent location, this small hotel is the ideal choice for your Greek island holiday.

Lovely, peaceful place, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Chora. Make sure you have a car. We had a family suite, which was spacious and exactly as pictured. We had a small balcony facing the pool and a private patio with a small garden. And of course a Greek vacation cat, which loved petting but would also be happy just lying in the corner. We saw lots of little lizards and even a small gecko one night.
In the kitchen a small fridge with a small freezer space and a water kettle. Basic kitchen amenities and enough to get by. We had two drying racks on the patio. Shampoo and shower gel provided, as well as toothbrush. Beds a tad hard but ok. Cleaning comes by every day and is very thorough.
Pool is great, good to cool down and the pool beds are out of this world. So comfortable.
Breakfast was great, lot’s of variety and a nice view.
Owners are very kind and welcoming. We felt at home at the property and very well cared for. Recommended for anyone, family or couple. We would absolutely return.

We spent three days with our family (2 adults 2 teenagers) at Villa Ateni. Three idyllic days: a perfect location with a sublime view and also a charming welcome with very kind attentions (bottle of wine, watermelon...). An ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery, the peace and quiet and to visit the very pretty northern part of the island. We regretted not booking for longer!
Beautiful apartment with everything that you need! Very big terrace with greatest view to Gavrio port! Great location 8-10min walk from the port. Everything close by eg super market bakery etc. very clean with very good WiFi and air conditioning. The must is the balcony especially during the night! Super relaxing in a quiet area of Gavrio! The host was great and reachable in all our requests.
The view and location was stunning and peaceful! The host made a lot of efforts to make you feel welcome and to have everything you need as a guest. You definitely need a car or scooter to get around, as there is no public transportation going to this place, and to go to the beach and restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful place near the sea, this is your spot.
The apartment is on the edge of the town in a somewhat rural setting, but 3 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants at the port. There are small balconies at the front and the back of the apartment with nice views. Very quiet and relaxing. We appreciated that any noise was from local roosters and cows rather than from cafes, mopeds or cars. The host was very kind and quickly responsive to all our questions.
The place was exceptionally beautiful. Not very big, but extremely charming and with a fantastic sea view. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of pieces of advice and suggestions for our trip to Andros. There was everything in this lovely place! Everything was very cozy. I really enjoyed my stay there and I will definitely come back to this place.
Great location close to the restaurants, bank, ferry terminal, car hire etc. Very clean and comfortable with a good shower, bed and kitchen. Quiet. Excellent hosts with first class communication and advice. Super value and a perfect base for touring the island, hiking etc. Ideal for couples of any age. Highly recommended.
Charming, conscientious and generous hosts. Very quiet location (until the ferries boom! But only in the daytime!) Amazing views over the bay while drinking an evening beer on the patio. New properties, beautifully built. Good location for the ferries - just walk into the port and hop on - and for touring the north of the island.
Great location on the port for ferries with awesome view of the port from the balcony, great host, top man. The studio was clean, the bed very comfortable. Would stay here again.
