Location is great. Just outside of the main square which makes it quiet enough but close enough to get to the more livelier side of town. I had a lovely balcony room with more than enough space for a single traveller.

Volidiera Guesthouse is a very charming family run business, which creates a very special feeling from the start. It is a big house transformed into small hotel with nice rooms and big lobby. Our room was on a ground floor with a green place in front of it, where we could seat, dry our staff after swimming etc. Air conditioning worked well, as well as Internet connection. Every day at 9 o'clock breakfast was served, not so much variety, but all basic food usually consumed in the morning was there: yogurt, sandwiches, cheese, fruits, bakery. So, it was fully ok to have breakfast.
Territory of the hotel is big and taken by nice garden with olive trees around. Swimming pool is about 50m from the house and also surrounded with trees which creates very nice and comfy atmosphere especially when no one in the pool (which happened often - 3 times we were absolutely alone there). Overall that place is very relaxing, slowing down and good for people looking for calm vacation. One more benefit is location - as it's 8 min from the city, and a lot of nice beaches are around in 10-30 min reach from the house. So, when on car (and car is the must to have there) there are lot of options to reach in less then 30 min.

A beautiful property located in a quiet village, close to Argostoli and within reasonable distances to get to the South and other areas of interest in the South/ Central area of Kefalonia. A huge amount of outdoor space… we felt we needed more people in our group!! Amazing views from the property and thank you Alice for the wine and nuts.There is one local restaurant in the village which was excellent but as we were here in early October it was only open at the weekend ☹️
The view from the terrace is beautiful, overlooking the bay, the owner Francesca and her sister Panaiota were very helpful and charming. Apartment was also very nice. Would highly recommend Art Studio Kefalonia.
Fabulous view, the friendliest and most knowledgeable host (Daniel) and a large and comfortable, very well equipped house. This is a house, not an apartment. It has a beautiful large terrace, large living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a huge yard. The place is quiet and very private, but it is only 12 minutes drive to Argostoli, the capital and one of the highlights of the island (great restaurants, bars and pedestrian area).We’ve been many times in Greece, but this was by far the best property we ever rented. Highly recommend it!

Very nice, well equipped and comfortable house with beautiful terrace. Location is ideal for people who long for peaceful vacation. It is close enough to main roads and ideal for island exploring, especially north and western part. Close enough to Argostoli and Lassi but far away enough from the crowd and noise. Hosts are so kind, friendly and hospitable.
The property is a short drive from Argostoli and has great views. There is a huge amount of space outside the property, from the swimming pool to an outdoor dining area if you want a barbeque. The host was fantastic and met all our needs, even bring us some traditional Greek food to try - which was delicious.
The location of this accommodation is stunning, views of mountains and sea. It was very quiet and restful.

Beautiful view from the balcony, Very quiet country atmosphere, yet quite close to Argostoli, 15 ninutes from supermarkets (like excellent Lidl) . Central location in the island which enabled us to tour the island in all directions. Kitchen very well equiped. The upstairs apartment big and comfortable. The host gave us Robola wine and sweets upon entry.
The villa was absolutely stunning architecturally and functionally. The stepped style was only something you dream of when you think Greek villa. Aside from this, the view was absolutely magical, looking over the bay and the mountains and a small quaint church. It was hard not to get emotional seeing this.
The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They supplied lots of supplies and even a free tart, which was very delicious!
