The room is functional and Teddy (the manager) is reasonably keen to look after his guests, but unfortunately not often available. I didn't use the AC or the TV so I can't comment on that but I know they work. The balcony is pretty nice.

The location ins wonderful.....it is 100m walk from the beach, but because the garden/pool/restaurant space is so heavenly you rarely want to venture out.
The owners are an incredibly warm and caring duo who have created an "extended family" vibe to their guest house and restaurant.
If I could have stayed longer I would have.
The host Angelina was amazing and always willing to help with any issues. Loved that it was kind of away from even the popular Kokrobite side. Apartment was neat and had everything it promised to have.
