The rooms were large and comfortable. There was also a mini-fridge in the room. A/C work well. The bathroom was nice with a large shower with hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast is included for a very nominal fee. Large flat screen TV with the ability to stream YouTube and Netflix was also there. The property is secure with many cameras around. The Staff was nice and pleasant. I even had an opportunity to meet the owner, who is a very nice gentleman. I liked everything about the Guest House.

What a Great Place!!
When I found AlanVal Suites on Hotel.com the first question I had was, “I wonder if this place looks like these pictures.” Knowing how easy it is to misrepresent a property and given the fact that we were going to be traveling to Ghana from the US, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
When we arrived at AlanVal Suites we found that everything we saw in the photos was true. The property is gorgeous! The staff is excellent and welcoming. The management is professional, inviting and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious! The area was quiet and peaceful and made us feel safe and secure.
I think I’ve found my new lodging place in Accra.

Everything... I booked this property for my mom and 2 sisters for vacation. It was their first time in Ghana, and they sent me photos and told me how awesome the place was.
Prior to their travelling, I called and communicated with the host via booking. He had to make some adjustments so that my mom and sisters could be in a room. My mom and sisters enjoyed their stay, and the 3 of them were served breakfast. The room was neat, and they were cared for.

Firstly, is very affordable and the security was very tight. The receptionist was really friendly and responded to all my wishes. The environment and the room was very neat and spacious. I had my breakfast on time and really felt at home. With this reason, i would like to recommend this Guest house to everyone.
The guest house was clean and very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, efficient and very helpful in what we needed. The facilities were perfect and in good condition. The breakfast was nice. We wanted to stay a night but ended up staying the week there. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again when in Ghana.
