Absolutely everything! Shota who runs the place is so kind, he arranged to pick me up from the airport early hours of the morning, my flight was late but still he was there waiting for me, I felt very safe and welcomed. I am a solo traveller so this is important for me. I had a nice big room with a huge bed on the ground floor, the pillows are insanely comfy! The best I’ve ever had in any guesthouse.
The bathroom was just next door and I didn’t feel bad about coming out the room to use it as there wasn’t really anyone around.
The property is so beautiful and traditional and I cannot believe how incredible the breakfast was which they accommodated to whatever time worked for me, it was all laid out on the long table, and on top of that they had accommodated my vegan diet and made me alternatives which were so delicious!
I got my very own tour of the cellars and also got to buy homemade wine that they make themselves.
After breakfast Shota patiently waited with me and helped flag down a marshrutka to the city and ensured I got on it ok. I’ve never had such amazing and hospitable service anywhere.
Oh and the grounds of the place are STUNNING! Honestly it was the best night sleep I’ve had in forever, fly in early or late just to stay here you absolutely will not regret it! I literally could keep going, I will definitely come back and stay again! Thank you :)

Nice garden, nice view from the room, nice kitchen, even if it was warm there was air con. We are bicycle travellers and we had no problem to store the bikes in the garden. The owner also help to cook and clean. Overall really good.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Our flight was delayed for a few hours and the hosts were waiting for us at the airport at 3am and once they took us to their lovely house they even offered a welcome drink! They've arranged the car for rent with full insurance in a far cheaper price I could ever find while searching on the internet. The breakfast was good and the beds very comfy, the room big and clean, we had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and welcoming, honest, sincere people, a lovely family.

The location, next to the Archaeological Museum and right on the edge of town, is perfect. A lovely terrace overlooking a beautiful garden and lush woodland made it all the more relaxing. And the welcome, from humans, dogs and cats, was amazing. Our host was so friendly, accompanying us around the museum to give an extra local flavour; and the breakfast was fantastic.

- One area where the property may benefit from is for the host to keep some essentials such as coffee and tea, although I’m sure he would have arranged for it if we had asked
The host welcomed us and showed her historic winery. We could taste her wine and spirits (the liquors are great!). For breakfast she made us the best kachapuri we have tried in Georgia. 100% recommended!
The guesthouse is well-equiped and clean, hosts are friendly. The house has a beautiful garden with a small pond and lilies, and the rooftop is cosy especially at night if you like staring at stars.
We loved the location and the beautiful views from the terrace! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The house is surrounded by a big garden with trees and animals with a view on the mountains. Chilling on the balcony there is great. To the Vani museum (which you should definitely check) is 25min walk and the shops or marshutka stop are also within walkable distance. There is a dog in the house but he is a good boy and wants to play a lot. Tengo makes the best jonjoli and is a great host.
