One of the best price to quality ratio places I have ever stayed! Everything is perfect! The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean with great water pressure. Large shared kitchen with everything you need. Private secure parking also and great wifi. We extended our stay here as it was so peaceful. We could use the washing machine for free and dry our clothes in the garden. The host maya was so kind and welcoming. She even gave us two bottles of home made wine and always was friendly and made us feel at home.
Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place 👌 if you’re wanting to explore the town there is no better place. Thank you 🙏

Irina, the owner is extremely helpful with everything. She can arrange taxi to or from the airport, even if it is 3am and all taxi drivers are sleeping. House is beautiful. Surrounding buildings looks depresively, but it is not problem of Irina, it is problem of Chcaltuba. Anyway it is excellent place to stay and enjoy SPA or spend last day before the flight from Kutaisi. By the way, Marsrutka Nr. 43 or 34 will take you to the Kutaisi bus station for 2 lari and you can continue to Batumi or Tbilisi...

Very Hospitable and Friendly Family
When we lost our location while coming, the owner directly came with their car to help us out in the midnight and gave us lots of fruits from their garden, apples, Plums, pears, cherries,etc. Nice and fresh food served...Totally worth it.

Exceptional home-stay accommodation. Uliana was a very attentive host and communication was smooth. She offered us to book dinner with her with vegetarian option, which was delicious. The apartment was excellently equipped and clean, with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast the next morning. The accommodation is idyllic and quiet with a very friendly house dog and cat :) We really enjoyed our short time here and would stay with her again anytime. Thank you very much!
Amazing place, about 800 m far from the central park but more greeny and calmly place than the city centre. Personal is so friendly, breakfast very rich and rooms quiet clean. I did not expect in west Georgia such good place for rest. Highly recommend to everyone!

The host is a really welcoming and helpful person, also owns a restaurant near the Central Park I think is called Magnolia. Not far from the place just when you exit the main road, there is a small shop on the right side, they have amazingly good pastries, cakes etc, and the prices are really cheap.
We stayed 3 nights in Stone House. Host Tamara is just amazingly nice person.. We got delicious mandarins from the garden. House location is just perfect. Very close to center, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Because of nice price we could stay longer in beautiful, green Tskaltubo.
Great location near the market and fully equipped kitchen for guests where you can cook from delicious local vegetables and fruits. Hosts are very nice people and if you want they are helpful, joyful and communicative! Room was clean and nice, hot watter without problems:) During day it can be little bit loud around hotel because locals loves to horn during driving. But our room was quiet during night. Great starting point for visiting all sanatoriums.
