We stayed at guest house Nuca with two kids (8 and 4) and we couldn’t have found a better, more family friendly place, the hosts are super friendly, we got coffee and fresh fruits right off their garden every morning and evening. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean. The location is also excellent with a nice view to the mountains and far away from the main road but close to Petra beach which is one of the nicest beaches we have ever been. It is around 5-6 minutes by car and around 25-30 minutes if you are walking.
We stayed for three nights at this lovely family home. The hosts are super friendly, he doesn't speak English, but she and the kids do. Our room was very clean, we could use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice view from the terrace. A supermarket is withing 5 minutes walking distance. To the beach you'll walk around 40 minutes (but uphill on the way back!).
The location is great if u wish for peaceful holidays - the bus station is near, also there is a very small market selling bread and some veggies 2 mins away on foot. The beach is 5 mins walk from the house, petra beach is 30 mins walk, so is Kobuleti. Bolt can drive you there for a reasonable price. It's a good idea to bring some food with you.
The hosts were very nice, didn't speak English, but we communicated via google translate.
All in all, good value for the money if u don't mind having a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Great guest house, the best one i've stayed in, great area outside the house, 5 mins to the sea, owner's wife Inga cooks an amazing food, great kitchen.
Located in the middle of nowhere but still it's just 5-7 min by shuttle bus to Kobuleti to pick up some food.
Also Otari (owner) picked us up in Kobuleti on the first day and gave us a ride when we left.

That's a wonderful place! Well-equiped kitchen, beautiful nature around, very easy access to the beach, and helpful and kind hosts. You can take a minibus to Batumi or Kobuleti from a bus stop located in 100 meters from there.

My favourite place for a relaxed seaside vacation in Georgia. The location is beautiful on the green hills. The guesthouse has all the facilities needed, the beds are comfortable, there's a common kitchen where you can cook and a nice terrace with a great view. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. There is a small grocery store nearby. 20-30 min walk to the beach through beautiful nature. Very easily reachable by public transport from Batumi and Kobuleti, I definitely recommend for a quiet stay outside towns.
